I’ve been on this fitness journey, seriously since 2016. At that point, I weighed 309 pounds, and then over the years, I've done a bunch of different gyms, had great trainers, but just wasn't focused enough to get to where I wanted to be. My goal was just to lose 50 pounds, but I was never really concerned about fat or anything. Just really focused on my number goal of 250 pounds, and I would get close to 250, and then I'd fall off, and I was on this roller coaster for years until, I got presented with a gift from one of their clients.
